Why is the camera still offline after topping up the SIM card?
After topping up, you can activate the device manually (turn off-turnoff) or automatically (waiting for 1 hour), and then wait for the devicce to restore its online state.
Can the SIM card be used outside of the United States?
Sorry, the SIM card only supports local use in the U.S., does not support cross-regional usage.
